Sad. The first week of school is over. That means the end of the honeymoon stage into work. I like the people in most of my classes but I don't have some classes with some people which sucks. Can't say I didn't have fun the first week. Well, it was mostly during lunch, but quality time non the less. We just got a nine foot screen that we're going to put in my attick. Just have to clean off the air hockey table and we're also putting up a new computer as well so that should be cool. It will be my layer! I have to clean it first, my dad keeps putting all his stuff up there. As soon as it's clean I'm gonna have a band party. I always say that and it never happens, but this time I mean it. I've gone totally german lately. I've listening to Tokio Hotel. I haven't got a clue what they're talking about but I like the style. Sure the lead singer kinda sounds like a girl but I can't really blame him, he was only 14 at the time. Anyways, I better get back to practicing bassness. Cheers, Mairi.

PS: LOL, german chaps.

You can think of some suggestiongs. Other than that I had a pretty good vacation. Stayed at a castle for a couple of days, went to the fringe, whent to loch ness and some other stuff I won't bore you with. See yous people when I get back to Ottawa, or at school, or at training, or just whenever. Cheers, Mairi.

See, I am updating often! Hello. Right now I'm being rebellious! I'm doing this during photography class! Oh, I'm taking summer school but it's not really like summer school, it's more like camp but I don't have to pay for it. I'm having fun and it's the last week. I'm going to Scotland in 4 days! I'm going to try to get a giant poster of Dougie for Chrissie. I know she'll love that. I don't know what to get for Dani and Ivanka. I'm thinking musicness thing for Dani and something quirky for Ivanka. It'll be good to have time to relax. The plane ride over is always inspiring for me, writing wise. OH!!! Me and my sister are donig another cover for What I've Been Looking For. It'll be amazing. Cheers, Mairi.

I WON!!! I was so surprised yesterday. The people I was against we from Viagym (some crazy Montreal club) and they were so good. They didn't put the scores up before the awards so I didn't know what I got and when they said my name I felt like screaming in joy. I was not exspecting that at all. It was a reality check... I need to work a lot harder dispite my laziness. Our club won the Kanata Cup 4 years in a row but Viagym beat us for that. Well congrates to everyone else at the competition. Andrea (my friend that moved to Long Island) came to watch so that was cool aswell. I got sick again...probaly from the competition. I usally eat a lot before I go and nothing when I get there. I also made the basketball team, that was a surprise. I only went to 1 of the 4 practices. I'm not even a sub, I'm a player. Geez, It's been a good week. Cheers.

Well, I'm very inspired to write a song cos I was reliving my childhood by listening to Aqua and Spice Girls. And tomorrow we have to work like mad to get everything ready for march. We are gonna do some vidoes for our documentary and we are also gonna take some photos for our EP. We just haveto write some song first... That might take awhile. We only need three but we need a good bunch of then to pick from. We need some suggections to right about. Once I get the DVD from my competition in January I'll post it on the site cos people (ryan) think it's a sissy sport. Anyways, Happy Valentine's Day!!! I already had some chocolate. Cheers, Mai.

Yesterday was a success. We jammed and came to consensous about what we want to sing at the assembly. We have disided on Best of Me by The Starting Line. We will be great, the high light of the assembly. Well, me and Dani made a great romance movie with a surpising twist at the end. Cinamatic masterpiece! Today I have a training camp it Kanata so I have time to practice this morning. I get to sing the second verse. Nobody at school has heard me sing. Well people have heard my randition of All By Myself but I dont really try when I sing that. Oh! and I got my hat that says "BASSIST" on it. It's lovely. Anyways, enjoy your weekend. STAR
Hello everyone. Happy February! One month of 2006 is officially over. This month at NPHQ is going to be our hardest working month because our first show is in march. We're having our big day this friday and hopefully we'll get a lot done. I'm on a quest to write an Oasis-esque song. Their songs seem so thoughtful and thought provoking. Well, there's no practice today because we have lots of homework and we're going to have the big practice as well this week. I have to prepare my house for them (it's quite messy right now). Today was very confusing (Alex debockle, mme. Plonchon, etc.) I'll try to make some sence of it while I sing my worries away. Cheers, Mai.

I got back from Montreal yesterday at 11. I tried to stay away in the car to watch Charlie and The Chocolate Factory but I fell asleep during one of the Oopma-Lumpa dances. My competition went pretty well. I got 1st in hoop, 1st in clubs and 2nd in rope. Everyone probaly doesn't know what I'm saying but iy means that I did very well. I got very sick while I was down there but I have to go to school tomorrow for handball. Oh ya, and on Friday my sister, my mom and I went to see Dracula performed by the Royal Winnapeg ballet. I was really good and the begining of the 2nd Act was halarious. (a wolf, a frog, a bat! sorry, inside joke) Well today is going to be exciting. Let's list the fun things I'm going to do today: homework, clean, more homework, heal myself from pain, not eat cos I feel sick and more cleaning. Now let's list the bad thing: make a cake, play my bass and brag. Shame. Anyways til my next entry, cheers.
